Security Deposits

Use this payment method only if your rental event is within the next week.

  • We do not withdraw or charge any money to your account when the security deposit transaction occurs.
  • Your Bank or Credit Card Company will place a $500.00 "HOLD" on your account for the amount of the deposit.  
  • This hold will make that amount unavailable to use for any other transaction.
  • Any damages or unpaid fees will be deducted from this hold amount.
  • We will attempt to make all deductions within 14 days after your rental event.
  • We will release the hold as soon as possible after the event but no longer than 30 days.
  • Our name on your statement will show "Knights of Columbus Council 3414"
